You have a health bar in the menu screen but the way you move shows you your condition too.

The lush realistic and colorful graphics shine the bloody gore and horrific setting perfectly. The dragging zombies and monsters chase you and react to your gun shots realistically. The chilling sounds of tragic death and surprising heart bounding acts scream the fear of self greed. A disease of insecurity and control.
