Erras new era

Brutal Digital melodic breakdowns, soulful transcending high energized emotion. Welcome to the new era of erra, the progressive mystical emotional metalcore band. This is their self titled fifth album and its one of their most diverse yet.

It goes from High charged technical prowess with soul, heart and intricate ambience to low simple clear wonder. the guitars shred and flow fast sharp destructive rhythms yet dreamy melancholy bliss, matching the powerful and fast yet graceful beating drums. A feeling and sound of danger and pain with hope and peaceful joy.

How they capture the atmosphere of digital tranquil oblivion, shameful blinding celestial soul and is mind bending. Jt's growls and singing have been pushed in many directions. He growls with different and deeper relative reflections. Reflecting the theme of painful shame and self destruction from technology with vicious yet angelic voices.

Jesse soars with his most magical capturing voice yet. Expanding his vocal ranges, tones and emotion like never before. He makes it so real, raw and true as if he's reflecting shame, blinding worship of technology, loss of separation and true self. A beautiful Return and realization of our roots, nature and what's around us.

It resembles a metal eighties synthesizing futuristic adventure of dark shadows and hopeful light reflection. I call it a darker and more brutal mix of all of their work but with a whole new edge and evolution. One of the most soul touching experiences I've had. One of their songs, Eidolon is the name of the summon creatures in final fantasy nine and it resembles that magic.
